Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  My services are guaranteed with a written contract. I perform all services personally. When you hire me, you are dealing directly with the owner and operator of the company to insure your complete satisfaction.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Professional keyboard musician, DJ/MC and public speaker for over 30 years.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Rates are quoted for an entire event rather than by the hour. Wedding reception rates generally range from $800 - $1200. The rate for private parties is based on date, location and number of guests.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  A booking fee is required to secure a date. Half the booking fee is returned if event is cancelled more than 30 days from the contracted date. No refund is made if cancellation is within 30 days of the event. If the event is rescheduled, the original booking fee may be applied to the new event date pending availability.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  Over 30 years of experience as a musician and DJ/MC at over 1,000 weddings and private parties.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  I offer a complete variety of music to please guests of every age and taste. My speciality is my versatility. I have an especially extensive collection of music spanning seven decades from the 1940's to the very latest hits.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  Requests from guests are always welcome as long as the requests are compatible with my clients guidelines.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Yes, if the requested song is not in my library and if is provided on a commercially purchased CD.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Full backup equipment for every component is available on site to insure a flawless performance

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Complete MC services are provided to coordinate and announce the various activities at your event.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Black tuxedo (jacket, slacks, vest). White tuxedo shirt. Black leather shoes.

Q.  Are you insured?
  Yes. I carry a $1,000,000 business liability policy.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  I'm different from other disc jockeys in at least three ways: I have more experience, a greater commitment to personalized customer service and greater availability to my clients since this is my full-time business.
