Our in-house staff of event specialists are highly qualified to provide you with outstanding service. Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Retainers that are due and payable at booking are non-refundable. However, if your cancelled event is rescheduled within one year of the original event date, the retainer remains in force.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We are members of the National Association of Mobile Entertainers, Membership #C071168

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Most of our services are set at base rates, then hourly after that. For example, our current base rate for a Wedding Disc Jockey is $695.00 for 4 hours. Each addition hour is $100.00. These rates apply at the time of booking. Overtime at an event is $75.00 per half hour.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We require a non-refundable $100 retainer per service for all events.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  Our DJ's have from 6 to 20 years of experience. We have logged over 2,500 events.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  No, we are variety DJ's, spinning everthing from American pop-rock-urban-country as well as ethnic & european dance.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  Yes, as long as the client allows it. Often, we work from MUST PLAY lists, provided by the client, utilizing our on-line Music Search.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Yes, we accept cd's or mp3's.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes we do. We operate active JBL speakers at all our gigs which means that the amp is built into each speaker. We usually gig with 4 speakers so if one fails, we have back-up.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  For all Wedding Events, we are your MC and on-site coordinators. We organize and run your Reception.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  We dress appropriate for the occasion. Formal events for men are typically Tuxedo or Coat & Tie for Wedding Receptions, others as required.

Q.  Are you insured?
  We carry business general liablility of $2M, commercial vehicle and contents insurance.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  Our DJ's are experienced Wedding Planners. They help build the right itinerary for you. Our consultations are free & unlimited.
