We have been fortunate to have less than a 1% cancellation rate in the seven years that we have been open. Our policy is a full refund up to 30 days before the event and a partial refund after that.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
We have been in business together as a team since 1998. However, some members of our team have been in business for more than twenty years.

Q.	What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
Our basic service rates start at $850 for a two camera wedding and reception shoot with editing. However, we offer a $250 ceremony only special and $100 off coupons for early booking as well as deeply discounted weekday rates for weddings and other events.

Q.	How much are additional copies?
Additional dvds are $15.00 for the first five and $5.00 per copy after that. We also sell the master tapes of the wedding for a small fee.

Yes we do, we create custom dvds for every event.

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 30% deposit in order to secure the date.

Q.	How many cameras do you use?
We normally use 2 cameras for a wedding and one camera for a reception. We are able to use more cameras if a location demands that more angles be shot.

Q.	Do you provide editing services?
Yes, we do. We edit and master dvds as well as offer editing facilities and assistance for the novice or hobby editor.
