Details: Hi! I am getting married at the Calvary Chapel on May **, **** and am interesting in getting a “day of” wedding planner. My main concern is coordinating the limo trips from the chapel to the photography location and then from the photography location to the restaurant. There are ** adults and * children expected, including the bride and groom, and the limo is not quite large enough for everyone to go to each location in one trip. I imagine that I would need the “Day of” planner from approx. *:** pm (to ensure the videographer is onsite and set up, and the photographer is there ready to go for the *:** pm ceremony) to approx. *:** pm (to ensure both sets of parents are taken from the restaurant back to the chapel to pick up their cars). Would your company be available to do this, and what would the cost be?
