Yes. We work with our customers to make sure they are satisfied with our service and food quality.

Q.	What cuisine(s) do you specialize in?
We have five gourmet chefs, each with their own specialty. Northern Italian, French, Polish, Southern, Southwestern cusines. However, they are trained in all cuisines and produce beautiful, authentic and quality menus.

Q.	Do you make wedding cakes?
We have a baker we have worked with for 10 years who is able to make wedding cakes.

Q.	Can we sample the food first?
We offer a Candlelight Bridal Tasting - by invitation only - once a month. (excluding December, July and August)

Yes. We have printed sample menus, available at our tastings. We are also happy to produce custom menus to fit your particular budget and needs.

Limited Self Serve Luncheon Menus $9; Self Service Basic Menus $10.95; Service Menus with Basic offerings $12; Serviced Menus with China and Linen Rentals $18-20

Q.	What is your delivery charge?
We charge no delivery charge for serviced events. The delivery charge for self-serviced events is based on distance and is disclosed in your proposal.

Q.	Do you charge a cake cutting fee?
Cake cutting is included if we use your cake as dessert. If you select a dessert from our menu AND want your cake cut and served/wrapped/boxed, there is a small charge.

Q.	How much is the deposit?
A $500 deposit is required to hold an event over 180 days out. Events less than 180 days will require a 1/3 of the estimated contract as a deposit. All events must be paid 10 days prior to the event date. We accept AMEX, VISA and MC, Checks, Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Cash.

Q.	Do you provide set up and take down?
Yes, we have crews who will provide these services.

Q.	Do you provide servers?
Yes, servers are optional and you are charged per server for your event.

Q.	Are you insured?
Yes. We have Liability, Vehicle and Workman's compensation insurance. We will also offer, at $50 per instance, an Additional Insurred Certificate covering your venue, upon request.
