We have five gourmet chefs, each with their own specialty. Northern Italian, French, Polish, Southern, Southwestern cusines. However, they are trained in all cuisines and produce beautiful, authentic and quality menus. |

What is your delivery charge? |

We charge no delivery charge for serviced events. The delivery charge for self-serviced events is based on distance and is disclosed in your proposal. |

Do you charge a cake cutting fee? |
| |
Cake cutting is included if we use your cake as dessert. If you select a dessert from our menu AND want your cake cut and served/wrapped/boxed, there is a small charge. |

How much is the deposit? |
| |
A $500 deposit is required to hold an event over 180 days out. Events less than 180 days will require a 1/3 of the estimated contract as a deposit. All events must be paid 10 days prior to the event date. We accept AMEX, VISA and MC, Checks, Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Cash. |

Yes, servers are optional and you are charged per server for your event. |

Are you insured? |

Yes. We have Liability, Vehicle and Workman's compensation insurance. We will also offer, at $50 per instance, an Additional Insurred Certificate covering your venue, upon request. |
