Johnson and Wales graduate of the famed Cordon Blu program by the owner Chef assures you of the best in culinary ability! Weddings are our speciality, but we do ANY type of party ! From cookouts to bussiness openings, to Proms, if it is affordable experienced Caterers you need, give us a call. From 50 to 2000 guests. All meals are served on china and our silverware, at no extra cost! All satff are in full uniforms and are attentive and experienced. Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |

Yes, and it is this. We usually do not accept payment until AFTER the event, so the customer is in a very strong position even after the party. I am so sure the customer will be happy that we can operate this way. I suspect we are the only caterers in the Northeast who do this! |

I list all my menus on my web site. I will, and do all the time, modify them to meet the customers desires. These are not sample menus, but the Real Deal! |

What is the average cost per person? |

That depends on what meal they select, but generally I would say our meals run in the 11 to 15 dollar range. All of my prices are proudly posted on my web site, why wouldn't I list the prices? Prospective customers are shopping on line, how can they shop if no prices are listed? Also if someone is afraid to proudly list their prices, I would wonder why? |

What is your delivery charge? |

$50 per hour from when we leave my Banquet Facility, regardless of the number of staff going to an event, meaning if 7 waitstaff, 2 Chefs, and a set up person are going to set up and serve 200 people, it still is only 50 per hour. The meter stops when they arrive at the site of the event. |

Do you charge a cake cutting fee? |

We do not charge a cake cutting fee, we will cut and serve the cake as a service to the customer. At this point they will need to swing into their program anyway, our job is to take care of them! |

None. It has been my experience over these many years I have done this that if someone calls me and says they are getting married, and need to book me to cater , they are not kidding. So why create unnessesary paper work? |
