We specialize in Italian, Jamacian/Island style and Pacific Rim.

Q.	Can we sample the food first?
I like to schedule a tasting meeting prior to an event and meet at the celebration location. This gives you the opportunity to sample my foods and for me to begin creating the display ideas using the ambiance the venue has to offer.

Yes and also an easy to understand "design your own personal menu" format.

Q.	What is the average cost per person?
I do not use preset menus or pricing. Each event standing on its own, being created especially for your special occasion. I usually suggest if you would like to work with me that you give me your budget guidelines and how you want to present your event and I work from there.
