  We strive for complete customer satisfaction. We have only had one request for a refund in our ten-year history, which we honored.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We are regular attendees at the semi-annual Mobile Beat conventions. Though we generally only hire hand-picked expreriences hosts, every host receives in-house training.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  $125/hour down to $75/hour depending on the service(s) desired, day of week and month of year. Weddings require a minimum of five hours, nightclubs four hours and other events three hours.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We require a minimal non-refundable deposit, usually only $50.00. The contract specifies cancellation policy, but generally cancellations require 50%-100% payment, depending on the circumstances.

  Thousands of events at hundreds of venues during our ten-year history.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We have a large enough collection to appeal to all customers' needs. You might say we specialize in everything.

  Absolutely.
