In our 28 years in business we have NEVER been asked for a refund. We always send an evaluation form after each event to make sure our clients were satisfied.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
ALL REQUEST MUSIC has been in business since 1976. We train all our DJ's in house. When necessary we hire or subcontract only DJ's who have been accepted in at least one professional DJ organization.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
We have access to over 20 professional DJ's. Our rates start at $100/hr & go up to $250/hr depending on the type of event & the experience of the DJ.

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
A $100 deposit is usually required to book the date. We will refund the deposit in full should you cancel more than 30 days prior to the event.

Q.	What is your experience? How many events have you done?
We have performed literaly thousands of events in our 28 yr history. We will never send out an unqualified DJ to any event.

Q.	Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
We have over 30,000 songs & can play almost every type of music. Including Latin/Mexican

We love requests, hence our name ALL REQUEST MUSIC

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
Only if it's appropriate for the event or in some instances where we might not be able to provide your special request. We WILL NOT play songs with profanity or derogatory in nature.

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
We have someone on call with a complete backup system if needed. Our DJ's also carry some backup equipment with them if needed.

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
If you require a MC our DJ's are expected to handle all the announcments & MC duties if needed.

Q.	What is your standard attire?
We will dress appropriatly for the event. Casual, formal or semi formal. Whatever is appropriate

We are fully insured and registered to conduct business in Colorado.

Q.	How are you different from other disc jockeys?
We are fully insured & members of the National Association of Disc Jockeys, The Colorado Professional DJ Association, & the highly prestigious National Association of Musical Entertainers.
