  Our client's total satisfaction is our goal.

  Always. A backup is always carried.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  If you would like. We provide you with a music selection sheet to fill out so that we can have what music you want available the day of your event.

  If you want us to. We are dictated by the atmosphere you are looking to establish.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  We strive on customer service and listening to the distinct needs of our clients.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We require a non refundable retainer of 25% of the cost of your event. In the event of cancellation, we will honor your deposit for a future date.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Our rates are based on (up to) 5 hour events. We do not bill hourly.

Q.  Are you insured?
  YES.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Full tux is our standard, but you dictate our attire. If you haveing an informal event and we are allowed a more casual look, we'll be in khaki's and white shirts, if you are having a large corporate affair with a theme, we'll dress for you theme.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We are members of the American Disc Jockey Association, Association of Bridal Consultants and the Wedding and Event Videographers Association International. We attend trade functions, subscribe to trade message boards and keep current with latest trends.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Yes. We also have MC's available completely fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  We do anywhere between 50-70 events a year. 85% of these events are weddings.
