Yes. While we have NEVER had to put it into effect, we offer a money back guarantee. If we did not do what we promised, you don't pay.

Q.	Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
No. We are familiar with nearly all genres of music, from the 1940's to today. We can play for audiences that range from age 2-82. And, we carry the cleaned up versions of the most popular songs you hear on the radio.

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
Absolutely. We are happy to play your CD's.

Q.	How are you different from other disc jockeys?
YOU choose the songs you want played. YOU choose the songs you DON'T want played. YOU pick the DJ's personality. YOU determine the level of crowd interaction. YOU control the volume. YOU choose the DJ's attire. YOU have the final say in what happens.

Q.	What is your standard attire?
For formal occasions, we come dressed in a tuxedo. However, YOU CHOOSE the attire of your disc jockey, whether that be casual, shirt and tie, suit, tuxedo or other form of dress.

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes. We carry backup equipment.

Q.	Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance.

Q.	Do you take requests?
Yes. We honor requests unless the song is inappropriate for the occasion or the client has listed that song on their "Do Not Play" list.

We have been entertaining for nearly 14 years. We have performed at hundreds of events for 100's of thousands of people.

What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?

We have been entertaining for nearly 14 years. We have entertained along side some of the most presitigious entertainment companies in the United States like Entertainment Source in West Palm Beach, Florida. And, we have spanned the gamut of entertainment from events like backyard parties to a New Year's Eve gala at Donald Trump's residence in Palm Beach. We provide entertainment solutions for the client and honor what is most important to them.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
Our rates vary by the day and the event. Packages start at $125 hour for sound only and go up to $350 hour. An average wedding is $175 hour, including sound and lights. And, a 2 hour children's party averages $350 for 2 hours. Sound reinforcement is $125-$150 per hour.

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes. All of our disc jockeys are trained to play the role of the MC; and, they will interact at the level YOU WANT.

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, we require a non-refundable security deposit and signed contract to confirm the event date. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and received no later than 90 business days prior to the event date. Otherwise, the total balance will need to be paid. Acts of God and other reasonable requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
