Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
| |
We guarantee timeliness with either replacing time at end of event or with a refund matching % of missed time. We guarantee priority requests and event songs will be played. We guarantee our DJ's will conduct themselves professionally. If you identify a problem during an event and it is under our control we will fix it or refund money. We will always attempt to be fair and reasonable. |

What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified? |

There are no accredited certifications or qualifications for disc jockeys. Any one who tells you otherwise is not being truthful. Eric and Randy both have Communications Degrees. Eric's is in Radio and TV Programming. He has spent 8 years as the programming director of 4 different radio stations. He trains all of our DJ's in working with and reading a crowd. |

Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy? |
| |
We require a $100 deposit to hold an event date. Deposits are refundable for 7 days unless that time falls inside our cancellation dates. We require 40 calendar days notice to cancel an event. Many of our events book 6 months to 1 year out and therefore it is difficult to replace a booking inside of 40 days. We will always work with you to be as fair as possible. |

What is your experience? How many events have you done? |

Eric, our DJ Manager has been DJ'ing events professionally for 24 years. He is closing in quickly on 1000 weddings (personally). All DJ's go through an extensive training program before being allowed to do events on their own. We do over 1000 events annually. Do you specialize in a specific genre of music? |

We take great pride in having one of the most complete sets of music in the Phoenix metro area. (Well in excess of 20,000 songs) We can cover almost any musical taste and will gladly play CD's provided by you if there are selections that we do not have or can not obtain! |

We will meet with you to discuss musical tastes and planning. most people find we have more than enough music, but in the case we do not, we will gladly work with your music. |

Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure? |

We carry many back-ups at each event and keep one entire set of gear in reserve every day. |

Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)? |

Normally we handle all MC duties, but occasionally, if you want to provide an MC from your guests, friend, co-workers, etc. we will work with them and help them as they need it |

What is your standard attire? |
| |
Depends on the event - Always professional. Weddings, Corporate - Tux or shirt and tie. Most other events - Dress slacks, dress shoes, and collared shirts.
No jeans, shorts, or other non-professional attire unless in conjunction with a themed event. |

YES - through American DJ Association Master Policy - underwritten by RV Nuccio and Associates. Policy through the Fireman's Fund. |

How are you different from other disc jockeys? |

We take great pride in being timely, dressing professionally, and conducting ourselves in a professional manner. We do consultative meetings to help you plan your event and we provide you online and written guides to help you.
