Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |

We strive to make every event a success and will do all that we can to satisfy everyone in attendance. |

What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified? |

Member of the American Disc Jockey Association (ADJA), and founding member of the Chicago Chapter of the ADJA. Training is received through local and national conferences for professional DJ's and through ProDJ.com, where we can chat with other DJ's around the world. |

What are your hourly rates? |
| |
Most of our rates are package deals for up to a certain amount of hours. Example: the Ultimate Wedding Package is $1200 for up to six hours of reception time. The rate would be the same for any amount of time up to the six hour max. |

Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy? |
| |
We require a 25% deposit on all packages. Cancellation notice must be given within 20 working days before the event date. |

| |
In over ten years of entertaining mostly in the wedding market, we have done over 250 events. |

Do you specialize in a specific genre of music? |
| |
As primarily a wedding DJ, we can not specialize in one specific genre. Instead, we specialize in programming a number of genres throughout the event to make the party a success. |

Do you take requests? |

Yes. We try to incorporate the requests with songs that we know the crowd will react to. This way we can put together sets of great music to keep the party moving. |

Can I provide my own music? |

You may provide your own music if it is something that we do not already have, or we can not find in a music store. |

Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure? |
| |
Most of our equipment is under two years old and was purchased for the reason that it backs itself up. We do have back up equipment just in case. |

Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)? |

Yes. We will handle any introductions and announcements throughout the event. |
