Pro Sound DJ Service has been in business for 7 years and we have never had a complaint.We strive for the best service possible. Refunds of any monies to any clients has never been an issue, but if the need arised, we will be fair.

We really strive to provide best service possible. We strive for all guests to really enjoy our service. This is very important to our staff. We make evnets fun and classy.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
Rates are variable depending on equipment needed, length of time. We are very competitive so please contact us for quote.

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for a 100.00 deposit to reserve your date. balance is due any day up to the event date. We ask for a certified check or cash if you wait to pay the balance until event date.

Yes, we are very open to requests.

Q.	Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
We have all types of music. Genre's include top 40, country, oldies, classics, disco, 80's, line dances etc.

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Our service handles all announcements and coordination of wedding functions, as well as any other announcements or direction that any party needs.

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
Yes, if you have any special requests that we may not have on file, we are very open to requests, and clients bringing their own music. Music must be on CD.

Q.	What is your experience? How many events have you done?
We have done many events from weddings to b-day parties, christmas parties,school dances,pool parties corporate picnics and so on.

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes, we do have back up. However, our euipment has never failed. We purchase better brands, and keep up with maintanence.

Q.	What is your standard attire?
For weddings DJ attire is a tuxedo, unless otherwise specified. Attire for parties is professional to match party type.

Q.	Are you insured?
We are not insured at this time, but we have never had any problems. Equipment is kept out of immediate area of guests.

We have over 30 years disc jockey experience, and have been serving the jacksonville area for 7 years.We have both club and private party experience.
