No. Over the last 14 years all of my customers have been satisfied with my service. Any refund policy is covered in my contract.

Q.	What is your experience? How many events have you done?
I have done hundreds of events over the last 14 yrs. Weddings, b-day's etc etc.......

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 100.00 to 200.00 retainer fee. Remember this is your guarentee your DJ will show up. You have no idea how many horror stories I have heard about DJ's not showing up because a contract or retainer fee was not used...

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
The rates for the basic package start at about 100.00 and up per hr. depending on the event. It's best to call as not all jobs are the same.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
I have worked as a club DJ, Karaoke Jock and wedding disc jockey, Specializing in parties and special events. I have attended DJ Conventions and seminars for the last 5 years and a member of the National Association of Mobile Entertainers.

Absolutely yes, unless it's a school event where I will only play my clean edited versions of songs...

Q.	Are you insured?
Yes, I am covered with a 2,000,00 policy from N.A.M.E, and to all prospective clients, do ask if your DJ is insured as some venues require that the DJ be insured.

Q.	What is your standard attire?
I usually dress casual but neat with a company Uniform, however I can dress formal if requested.

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
My vocal skills are excellent and not squeaky like some dj's.... and YES, I do MC.

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
Yes, I do not have a problem with a client providing their own music, but If your music isn't getting with it I would like the option to get the party going with what I know will work.

Q.	Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
Although I bring over 30 thousand songs with me at each event covering just about every genre you can think of I do specialize in Old School, Funk, Disco, Classic Rock, Latin, 60's, 70's... and have a good knowledge of Hip Hop with all CLEAN edits, I do subscribe to TMCentury music service and their music is the cleanest in the industry. Good for Schools and Church events....
