We have a refund policy that if servcies are not rendered according to written contract then customer will receive a full refund.

$450 for 4 hours..$75.00 additional hours..(Travel fees may apply)

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, $75.00 deposit at time of signing contract..5% discount if full bill is paid at contract signing..Cancellation policy is: If we cancel, you get a full refund..if you cancel, full refund unless within 30 days of event...if within 30 days of event 1/2 amount due unless new contract sign within 6 months.

We have been in the DJ business for 17 years, all our DJS have over 50 years experience combined...Our company has DJed close to 1,000 events over that time...

We have music from all eras and genres, over 20,000 music titles which can be viewed in our online music library at our website at www.bluediamonddjs.com/music.html...

Q.	Do you take requests?
Yes, we take requests, and we will do our best to make sure as many requests as possible get played

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
Yes, just email us the song or leave it for us at the reception..if muliple songs, please get us music atleast two weeks in advance...

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes, we have a digital sound system run off computer, we have a back-up cd players with back up cds if the computer goes down, back up amps and speakers..

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes, we will coordinate all the events of your wedding, make all of the announcements, and make sure all the events run smoothly

Q.	What is your standard attire?
We dress in Tuxes and 3 piece suites only for all formal occassions unless otherwise requested by clients..ex: hawaiian weddings...hawaiian clothes...

Yes, Through National Association Of Mobiler Entertainers.
