Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
| |
No. We only require 20% down payment which locks in the date for you. Since a cancellation would prevent us from earning income on that date (because it was saved for you ) we do not refund the deposit. However you are not held liable for the full payment of the engagement. |

I am self taught through monthly magazines, internet and mamy years of experience. I have sub-contracted for National companies for many years before I started my own business. |

Yes. 20% We keep the deposit no matter what. We do a great job for you and our services are in great demand. We cannot afford to have someone cancel after preventing others from booking on the day you locked in. Im sorry but although you are not responsible for the full fee, we do keep your deposit. |

I am not a broker. So many companies just take your money and then hire out the wedding to someone else. When you call us, I will be the one on the phone and at your wedding or event. I am also a world class magician and would be happy to entertain your guests during dinner when most DJs are eating. |
