We Have Current Refrences Available To Share There Experience With Our Company.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
There are a number of variables & options that can affect pricing. A good way to look at it is a huge wedding at the Grand Johnson Estate in Summer will cost a little bit more than a 35th birthday party held at a local VFW in January. Feel free to contact us and we’d be more than happy to give you a quote that is based on your needs & requirments pertinent to your event.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?

A copy of our cancellation policy is available, please feel free to contact us and we will have it to you as soon as possible.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
I began wedding events at age 14. I have over 15 years experience in the entertainment industry & have spent a number of years as a wedding event coordinator in the Lake Tahoe area. I’m experienced in many aspects of an event & have covered photography, floral, videography & signed as a witness in thousands of weddings. I’m very experienced with weddings & how they they should function.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
We offer a number of different “Genres” or “Types” of music. Besides just inventory these genres of music we actually have the knowledge and know about what that music is. This way our entertainers know what to play and when to play it. We have thousands of music selections, feel free to ask for our top request lists by genre of music.

Q.  Do you take requests?
We are more than happy to take requests, unless you specifically ask us not to. We use our experience to play requests that are appropriate at the right time during your event. We know there are no two people alike, everyone has different tastes, that’s why we build a music program that reflects your musical tastes.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
We always welcome your music, as long as it is on CD, MD, CDG, MP3, DVD format. There may be a small fee for cassette or vinyl formats. We do reserve the right to not play music that we think the audience may find highly offensive or inappropriate for your type of event.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
The equipment we use on every show is built of concert grade commercial quality and is meticulously maintained. We test every aspect of our systems prior to leaving for your event, making sure everything is clean, working properly and sounding great. Although equipment failure is rare, back up equipment is on site and on standby for a seamless transition to continue the event.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Absolutly. As the owner being the master of ceremonies, you can be sure you know exactly what your getting before the event. We speak a number of times on the phone and meet in person before the event. In the rare event that I may become ill an experienced & qualified replacement will be at your event.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
By default we are dressed in a Tuxedo at all wedding events. We work closely with a Tuxedo vendor and have access to a number of styles. If your event has a more of a casual or non traditional type of dress code, we come dressed in the appropriate attire.

Q.  Are you insured?
Of course we are insured. We understand that many catering establishments & venues require the entertainment company to carry a full liability insurance policy for its company, employees and agents. A current copy of our liability insurance policy is available upon request.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
Most Importantly, we call you back RIGHT AWAY. We understand how frustrating it can be when you don’t get a returned call and make every effort to never put our clients in that position. Our goal is to serve you and answer any questions (even the little silly ones) at any time. We are your personal wedding coordinator giving you friendly advice, follow up, experience & knowledge all the time.
