Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Nothing written...but luckily this has never been an issue with our services. All of our DJs do a stellar job!

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I worked for Pioneer Electronics for 8 years and trained all the regional and national trainers and also taught a course on DJ'ing at the Berkley School of Music in Mass.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  We don't charge by the hour. We have different packages that contain either a 3 hour, 4 hour, or unlimited hour time limit. Of course, overtime can be contracted at the time of the event for as long as you want us there.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Yes we do require a 50% deposit. It is a non-refundable yet transferable deposit (should the date change and with a 30 day notice)

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  We've been in business 10 years and do approximately 100 weddings a year.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  No...we are very well rounded and can play any genre.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  Yes...that is if the bride and groom say its OK.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Yes...must be in CD format.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes...we have a back up policy where we rotate our 5 DJs each week so a different active DJ is the backup. They have all the paperwork and a backup system just in case anything goes down and/or an act of god causes the initial DJ to be unable to perform.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  We have some packages where the MC is also the DJ. But we have other packages where we provide 1 of each...your preference.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Standard attire in California is tux. However, in Florida (our east coast affiliate), the standard attire preferred by Brides/Grooms is resort casual.

Q.  Are you insured?
  yes. We have a $2 million dollar liability policy.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  We do more than DJ...we provide entertainment. We don't rely on just the music to work for every event. We have interactive ways of ensuring your guests have a great time. All of our DJs can beat mix...this means there is a continuous mix throughout the night. No stop or fading the music out...constant blends only! We have the best equipment and the biggest music library (over 40,000 songs)!
