  Karyn is an Accredited Bridal Consultant and receives training every year. So much changes from year to year in the Wedding Industry and it is crucial to be on top of the new ideas. Karyn is also the instructor for two classes for people wishing to become bridal consultants

Q.  How many weddings have you planned?
  We have been planning weddings for 10 years and have helped over 150 couples create their dream wedding.

Q.  How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  We help with all the details including, but not limited to: site location for the ceremony and the reception, vendor selection, officiant selection, discounted rooms for your guests, discounted invitations and accessories, limousine,florist, photographer, videographer, caterer,etc. We can also help with excursions for your guests, honeymoon arrangements and much more. We provide a complete Event Resume for all the vendors and are there for the rehearsal and the entire wedding day.

Q.  Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  We have worked with many vendors in each category and are able to match you with the ones that will work well with you and fit your budget. We only recommend quality proven vendors. If you have a vendor already selected we are happy to work with them and get to know them.

Q.  Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  We have no allegiance to any vendor and do not accept kickbacks. Any discount we receive goes directly to the bridal couple.

Q.  Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  You can afford a bridal consultant as we will save you time and money in the long run. Most of our brides save close to the fee because of all the connections and past knowledge we have acquired.

Q.  What are your rates?
  A Beautiful Wedding has several packages to choose from, including Full Service Coordination to just The Day of the Wedding. We charge a flat fee that ranges from $750 to $5000. Most couples using the full service will average $2200. We offer an initial appointment at no charge so we can talk about your wedding, your specfic needs and then we can determine what the flat fee will be. You can make payments on the fee and we do accept the major credit cards.

Q.  What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  Do you want a cookie cutter wedding? Most brides do not and therefore we work with you to acheive the wedding you want and help you stay within your budget. You may call as often as you like and there is never a limit to the amount of time we spend together. We will do everything in our power to find that special item you want and we will offer lots of suggestions. Everything we do helps to eliminate the stress of wedding planning for the couple and families and friends. Your mother will have the opportunity to enjoy her day as the Mother of the Bride and not be dealing with vendors on this important day.
