Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
| |
No, however I do have a 14-day hold on the first two payments. The last payment is nonrefundable a week before the wedding.
If you cancel for any reason within the 14 days of the first and second payment, the payment will be returned. On the 15th day the payment is nonrefundable.

No, I have not been certified. I believe experience and skill out way a certificate. I have planned National Conferences, from room accommodations, to meeting rooms, lunches, dinners and nightly entertainment. I have also planned corporate events and banquets. I provide all services. I can be as involved or uninvolved as you would like. I can be a behind the scenes person or up front helping. I can do everything or very little. Every bride is different; therefore her needs are different. The services I have offer each unique bride her own choice of services. |

First and for most, I sit with a bride to decide what is most important to her from the dress to the music. We then work on her budget based on her choices of her most important vendors. We then line up each vendor; sign contracts, and make sure every thing is moving smoothly. At the end of the planning phase I meet with all vendors to discuss the order of the day. Yes, I have a great vendor base. If a bride tells me she is partial to a specific vendor I will work within her preference. I welcome new contacts. But yes, the vendor's I use are wonderful. |

Do you get a "kickback" from vendors? |

No. You pay my fee and you pay the vendors their fees. The only payments I will make on your behalf are the tips at the wedding. |

Can I afford a bridal consultant? |
| |
If you can afford a wedding you NEED a bridal consultant. Bridal Consultants can negotiate prices where brides off the street cannot. Consultants are repeat business for many of the vendors in the wedding industry. Vendors are usually more than willing to help a consultant work within a budget. In the end a bride could either come out even or possibly save money by hiring a Wedding Consultant. |

I have a varity of rates for a varity of brides. My fees for services start at $500.00 and go up. |
