I can handle any special diet: vegan, raw, any medically supervised diet [i.e. diabetic], weight loss, avoidance [wheat-free, etc.] I will happily create a whole menu of recipes tailored to your needs & specifications. I delight in creating healthy versions of old favorites. I am available to do weekly personal chef service as well as individual catered events ranging in size from 2-200 people.
