Coordinating and Catering Special Events from a small intimate dinner party to a Concert and Fireworks Event for 30,000 people. We work with many organizations on fundraising efforts including headlining entertainment. Our sister company is our full service restaurant Cancun Charlie’s located on the water in downtown Milford. Cancun Charlie’s specializes in Southwestern and American style cuisine and many Seafood selections. Whether planning a Small Family BBQ or the Wedding of your dreams we are here to help. Catering by Christine’s is designed to cater to all tastes & budgets. Not only will we meet your highest expectations but we will exceed them. We have catered for numerous organizations, The United Way, American Red Cross, Junta For Progressive Action, The Special Olympics, The Mayor of New Haven's Inauguration & many others. We can cater both off or on-site. We can also provide all your entertainment needs, DJ’s, flowers, Linens, Karaoke, Live Entertainment, etc.. Our menu selection is extensive & our food is excellent.
