Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Deposits are partially refundable if cancellation of event is made within 30 days of agreed upon service. We will take an hourly fee out for time already put into the the event for each designer involved. The rest is refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation.

  Our owener, Jacque Riehl, has been in the industry over 20 years. Our staff has an exorbidant amount of experience in events, public relations, design, communications, and many other fields directly related to event planning. The team regularly attends conventions and seminars to keep up with the ever changing event industry and get new ideas on creating the best events possible.

  That is a long answer. We are very detailed oriented and have all the organizational tools required to make your event a success, including but not limited to invite lists & RSVP's. Please call us for further explanation.

  We can, or we can use whomever you would prefer. We're here to take your ideas and bring them to life. You are not required to use our vendors.

Q.  Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  No. We do get discounts that we pass along to our clients. This allows us to stay within your budget yet get you the best possible!

Q.  Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  You can't afford not to have one. It's a proven fact brides who hire a wedding planner do more, bigger, & better for their wedding than those who don't. We have all the in's & out's to make the most of your money. When the couple and families aren't stressed out the wedding day, that's when you'll feel our real value. As we like to say, "Our couples get to enjoy & take it all in!"

  We work on percentages for planning and an hourly fee if you want to hire us just to do the "day of" wedding management. Please call for further details.

  Jacque, our owner, has over 20 years experience in the event planning industry. She grew up in this business and will make sure that every detail is carefully taken care of. She will also be by the hosts side during every step of the process.

Q.  How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
  We start with a base fee, then add on a percentage onto the budget for each aspect of the event we create. For the day of the event, we have an event manager and however many staff members you need to implement your event at an hourly rate.
