Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
We believe the client has a clear vision of what she wants for her wedding or that she trusts us to help develop a vision. We will listen closely to what she wants. However, if her wedding is cancelled, she may be entitled to some of her contract price refunded, depending on how much work has already been performed on her behalf.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
I am a certified bridal consultant and I am qualified through the American Bridal Association. My assistants are also highly trained and on their way to certification. I've been working with wedding professionals for 10 years and have a solid foundation with my vendors.

Q.  How many weddings have you planned?
We have planned and perfectly executed 47 weddings since the company's conception in 2006. However, we are working on several at any given time. I've also had 10 years of project management and marketing on many levels, including corporate event planning and holiday party planning.

Q.  How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
Budget creation, vision creation and execution, complete room design including lighting and table scapes, vendor selection and attendance of appointments, contract negotiations, itinerary creation, weekend of services for wedding and receptions. Keeping tabs on all vendors for delivery and clean up.

Q.  Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
Meet with a professional wedding planner to get a clear vision of your special day and create a budget. Allow the planner to find the right vendors to meet both budget and vendor. Then relax while the planner negotiates contracts, makes sure vendors and set up are on time, and keeps you and your wedding party on the same page with written itineraries of what you should do such as gown selection

Q.  Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
That will really depend on the couple's vision and budget. We do have vendors that we love to use but are open minded to new vendors chosen by the couple or needed because of something special they bring to the event.

Q.  Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
On some items I do. That is actually how I save the bride money. I pass these savings on to the bride. Some planners take a fee for their work and kickbacks. I simply have a fee depending on your wedding package and budget. NO KICKBACKS GO BACK TO SHARP WEDDINGS AND EVENTS! THEY GO STRAIGHT TO THE BRIDE.

Q.  Can I afford a bridal consultant?
Did you know that many brides pay too much for their wedding without a consultant? So far my brides have saved money using my services. Additionally, planning a wedding can take 250 hours out of your life. That's 6 full work weeks! The questions should be "Can you afford not to have a bridal consultant?"

Q.  What are your rates?
It really depends on your wedding and you. The average rate for start to finish is 10% of the final budget (starting at $795 for "weekend of" coordination and no less than $2195 for full service planning and design"

Q.  What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
We offer the total package. Not only do we keep your schedule and wedding plans on track, but we will design the entire event specifically to match who YOU are including lighting design and fresh tablescapes. We listen to what you want whether it's simple and clean or lavish and luxurious.

Q.  What services do you provide? What are your specialties?
Budget creation, determination of target market and how to reach them, getting the best marketing "bang for your buck", unique event design and entertainment choices. Complete coordination from the moment the doors open, to the unique menu service, to the grand finale.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you planned and what type?
I've planned various types of events from corporate Christmas parties to team retreats, marketing trade shows, anniversary parties, and retirement parties.

Q.  How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
I charge for my services based on the complexity of the event. 50% deposit is required when contracts are signed and a fees for vendors or services incurred on your behalf will be invoiced bi-weekly. An hourly rate is also available if you prefer a more detailed job statement.

Q.  Why should we use you for our event?
Solid vendor relations in the industry, strong negotiating skills to save your company or family money and a creative factory that will bring breathtaking and seamless results.
