Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Yes, we make sure we have a planning meeting before every event and make sure everything is covered. With the right planning we expect nothing but success... We guarantee it!!!

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
As the owner of The DJ Company, I make sure we are all trained on the newest and best equipment. We have monthly training meetings and go to several seminars and conferences for DJing through out the year. We are also members of ADJA (American Disc Jockey Association), and DFWADJA (Dallas Fort Worth American Disc Jockey Association).

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
We do not have hourly rates... We have instead developed several different packages that you can use for your event, or we will work with you to customize the perfect package to fit your needs and desires. Prices range from $450.00 - $1,500.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
There is usually a $50.00 to $250.00 deposit required to secure your date, and it is taken off of the balance due. We understand that sometimes events need to be cancelled or moved to a different date, and we will do everything we can to work with you in the event this does happen.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
I have been DJing for over 15 years and the last 9 years have been based in the Dallas / Ft. Worth metroplex. We have preformed all over the country: Spokane WA, Orlando FL, Chicago IL, New Orleans LA, Las Vegas NV, and all over the state of Texas. We have preformed at over 3,000 events collectively as a company.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
No, we have music ranging from the 1940's to todays top 40 hits... With over 40,000 songs to choose from we have every musical style that you will need.

Q.  Do you take requests?
Yes, we not only take requests before the event, we also strongly encourage requests the night of the event. We want to make sure you hear the music you want to hear for your event.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
We have over 40,000 songs in our music library, however, if you have a song selection that we do not, then of course we would allow your music at the event.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
We do carry several different pieces of back up equipment with us on site. Also, we have a "back-up" DJ who is on standby any night we have an event for that "just in case" scenario.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes, we will sit down with you to plan every detail of the event. Not only the music you want, but also the timing of different functions and the way you want those functions performed. We will then share this information with everyone who is helping you the night of the event, to make sure everyone is on the same page, so you can just sit back relax and have a great time.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
We come dressed in Tuxedo for all formal affairs. Business suit or business casual for corporate events. And even dress in costume for different theme events. You tell us what you are wanting and we will take care of it.

Q.  Are you insured?
  Yes

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
I got into the DJ business because I had a DJ ruin the most important day of my life... and I vowed that that would not happen to anyone else if I had control of the situation. It's personal and we at the DJ Company have spent over 15 years making sure that if it's worth doing it's worth doing right. We will listen to your every wish and need and then customize the event to meet them.
