Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  With all of our services, we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your services rendered, we will give you a complete refund less our cost for materials & transportation. In the years we've been in business, we've never had to honor this guarantee.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Our DJs have all been through our rigorous training program & we do not send someone to a party or wedding reception until both owners are comfortable with their performance. We recognize that this individual is the one who makes or breaks your special day & they need to be of the highest quality with everything they do.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  We offer several packages and then an hourly rate of $100 per hour for any additional time booked.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We require a 50% deposit on booking, the rest due the day of the event. Our cancellation policy is strictly specified in our contract & is based on the date of cancellation - most deposits are fully transferable to another date except in the extremely late (week before event) notice category.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  Our lead DJ, who is also a partner in the company has personally done over 300 wedding receptions & over 200 other events. He is the trainer for all of our other DJs & certifies them before they can perform on their own. We as a company believe that the event should be about the participants, but the DJ is there to make things go smoothly & make sure all the guests have fun.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We offer everything under the sun, if you are looking for something specific we have a planning document that all of our customer fill out to make sure we are fully prepared the night of your event with the music you desire.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  We take requests at the discretion of our event hosts. For instance if the bride & groom don't want to hear the hokey pokey the night of their wedding, and people request it 100 times, we still will not play it at their request.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  As the party hosts, you can provide us with special discs with specific songs that you would like to hear, but we do come fully stocked with a great array of music from many different genres. We do not take discs from event guests the night of the event, mainly out of concern for our equipment.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes, we always have a second set at each event we do.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  We can perform MC duties as well as just playing music. We can be as big or as little a part of your event as you wish.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Tuxedo pants, tuxedo shirt & satin vest.

Q.  Are you insured?
  Fully, completely - would not leave the office wihtout it.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  We go above & beyond to make sure that you enjoy your event. If it is your wedding reception, the entire night is a celebration of marriage - yours as well as your guests. From releasing the tables to the special dances, it is all about celebrating the act of marriage. For other events, it is all about being prepared & making sure we have exactly what you need to enjoy your day.
