Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?

We have thousands of satisfied customers and we receive referrals from them throughout the years. If a customer has an issue, we work diligently to resolve the issue to their satisfaction. A part of the customer satisfaction process may involve such things as a refund/partial refund, gift certificate for future service, and other methods. We have never had a Better Business Bureau complaint.

What are your hourly rates?

How much is the gratuity?

The gratuity on hourly service is 20% of the total for the vehicle time and only the 20% gratuity is charged for the time the chauffeur performs his/her duties during the free hour, since he/she is working during that free hour of vehicle time. Anything over the 20% is voluntary on the part of the customer(s) based on the service received as at a restaurant or club.

What is included in the price?

The prices for hourly service include the vehicle time and a 20% gratuity for the chauffeur.

Do you provide snacks and beverages?

We provide chilled bottled water for sedan service and chilled sodas and bottled water for limousine service. We provide rock glasses and champagane flutes and iced areas in the limousines. Customers may bring alcoholic beverages to any of the stretch limousines when they are 21 or over.

How much is the deposit?

Generally it is 1/3 to 1/2 of the total amount for any hourly service. The 1/3 paid is applied to the total balance and the 2/3rd's is then due prior to the service being rendered. Generally, for airport transportation, there is no deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a deposit on all of the hourly service we provide. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation of the service, unless we can rebook the vehicle at the same amount of money.

Are you insured?

We have commercial insurance that is part of the permitting through the City of Dallas and DFW Airport and it is $1,000,000.00 per vehicle.

Do you have wedding packages?

Yes, we have various packages including a 3' x 9' red carpet, "Just Married" sign, white satin bows outside the limousine and a rose for the bride. These packaages are all at no additional charge.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We have Lincoln Town Car stretch limousines up to 120", 1958 and 1959 Rolls Royce sedans, 1939 Cadillac Fleetwood series 75 limousine, 1967 Daimler limousine once owned by Queen Elizabeth I, mini buses, vans, a limo bus and motor coaches.

What colors are available?

We have white limousines, black or gold Lincoln Town Car sedans, and white, black or two tone champagne vintage vehicles. The mini buses, vans, limo bus and motor coaches are white.

Is smoking permitted?

All of the vehicles are non-smoking.

We offer 1 free hour of vehicle time with the purchase of the mininum number of hours for that date.
